My Journey

For nearly 20 years, I’ve been immersed in operations and continuous improvement; both as an engineer, and as a manager. Along the way, I’ve learned that theory alone isn’t enough; real insight comes from being close to the work and understanding the challenges firsthand.

Why GembaGrowth Exists

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned? Meaningful change doesn’t happen in a boardroom; it happens at the Gemba, where the real work (and real learning) takes place.

I started GembaGrowth as a way to share ideas, lessons, and experiences from my own journey. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress, and about learning together.
